This place is a shithole. We have no floor in most of the house, gaps in the ceiling in the hallway, and a severe leak at the stove. Of these, we only have the money to pay for the insurance claim to fix the floor and the ceiling. No, scratch that, we really don't... but we're doing it anyway. The stove will have to remain Niagara Falls for at least another four months. Of course, the ones we can pay for aren't getting taken care of either. People are too busy being on vacation. Can't really blame them for that, but why is it every company I've been around in the last six years only pays for one expert per office and screws its customers when they're not in?
And, all in all? I'm sick of trying to pretend it will all be better. I'm getting to the point that I want to take a sledgehammer to all of my problems. At least then the stove will have an excuse to leak when it rains.
