I used to work at a Shell station, I know how stupid some lotto players can be. They've made it really hard, especially for some of the old people, to figure out these simple things. :)

Her: What do you mean?
Me: Well, in the box where it says, "Enter your name" just enter your name.
Her: I don't understand...
Me: Well, this is the name that will appear when you send someone an email.
Her: Oh! Like my email address?
Me: No, this will be your name. It's the name that will be displayed when someone recieves an email from you.
Her: This is all so complicated...
Me: Well, it's not realy. Just enter your name in the box.
Her: Don't get so technical! I don't understand computers!
Me: Well, it doesn't have anything to do with computers, you just enter your name in the box.
Her: Dont' get smart with me! I'm not stupid!
