Another fun day at work. Another joyous day dealing with idiotic people. It always mazes me how I can love this job so much 90% of the time, but come time for final exams and all the jerks call in and I have to deal with them. I swore off phone support over a year ago, but I guess I can never fully get away. At least it's only 3 weeks out of the year. Wish I knew why law school students and Bar applicants are such jerks...
