Well, I'm probably crazy, but although I was one of the 200 people that got confirmation they could see Regurgitator tonight, I decided to give it a miss as I was feeling kinda crappy. Free band, great band, but I just felt like shit. And besides, I would have been all by myself and I just don't feel like that tonight.
I keep meaning to metnion this thing I heard that is really weird and totally unjust, if it is true. A couple of my friends seem to be totally convinced that new laws have been passed which prohibit the showing of underwear above waistlines. ::watches people doubletake:: Yes, like, you can be arrested for showing your g string or boxers or whatever. It seems to me (if this is true), firstly it's totally ridiculous and puritanical. Undies don't hurt anyone. Secondly, after forever of guys showing workman's crack, and about a decade of it being fashionable (more or less) for guys to wear their trousers lower than their underwear, suddenly it has become a public nuisance of some sort? Could it perhaps be because with bumster jeans in fashion, women are suddenly showing their underwear/bum-cracks en masse? I think it may be, my shocked friends!
::outraged (and paranoid! My underwear often shows! And in fact my butt crack, prolly, too, from time to time! I don't wanna be arrested and neither do I want to cover up! Oh, I should feel so guilty my oh so feminine bum-crack is showing! NOT! Screw those bastards!)::
