LJ just begged JM for the Superman DVD. Now she's in the beanbag, Bear-Bear half over her head and dummy in her mouth, watching the Man of Steel battle through cartoons 30 times older than her.

or maybe she is lulled to sleep by the wonder induced by a man who manages to save the world, get the girl and yet can't seem to figure out that his panties go INSIDE his pants.

As JM may have told you, our bathroom wall is covered with fake graffiti including the gem: "If Batman's so smart, how come he wears his underwear on the outside?"

I think there's call for both, in the right doses. Interactive TV and more passive TV are kind of like TV itself, I think... each terrific in moderation, but neither to be 100% relied upon and neither to take the place of non-TV-based activities, right?

Amen to that. Still, I think I might write an opinion piece on this sometime.
