All Those Mocha Lattes, You Gotta Do Pilates

Yesterday instead of mixing up some cardio and Pilates, I did the entire 50-minute "Rapid Results Pilates" video. Ten minutes each of abs, buns & thighs, arms, fat-blaster (just some of the harder moves really fast), and flexibility. Afterwords I felt sooooo good that today I did it again, but with the regular (easier) Pilates video. I freaking love the "10-Minute Solution" series, they make working out so fun and easy.

AND, I was finally able to do a roll-over! It looks like this (with a little quote from Joseph Pilates):




I used to only get into that position by using my arms to push myself up and over, and then I'd nearly suffocate from my boobs in my face. But yesterday I figured I'd try it - just try and see - and I could totally do three of them in a row using mostly my ab and back muscles. Yay me!

Tomorrow I'll probably do all cardio, either bike riding or my dancing or kickboxing videos because I am already starting to feel sore from the Pilates. But I am definitely glad that I pushed myself to do the entire 50-minute videos yesterday and today because they make me feel soooooo good!
