Why am I crazy?

 I can't figure out why I don't have control of any of my emotions lately.
Why am I so angry?
I should be happy somebody else is happy...
ShouIdn't I?  
I feel betryed by my own optimism.  
Life would turn out exactly the way I dreamed it would.
