I've met my host family and they are lovely, their house has great views.
The wards I will be working on while I'm here will be Medical, Surgical, ICU, and Maternity. I thought I would be starting with the first on the list, but no, I’ve started in maternity the one I'm the least qualified for. It's very interesting and rather overwhelming, everyone keeps asking me "what's (something) like in your country? and in most cases I have no idea. Yesterday I got to watch a delivery.
