This is a lot to get adjusted to, but I'm settling in well enough, I suppose. There was a room ready and waiting for me when I found the apartment building... as though someone was expecting my arrival. It is nice to have a place to stay... but... It's very strange ( Read more... )

It's just so odd... but a lot of things about this island are odd, aren't they...? It's a lot to take in all at once.

It is. It's something you get used to, though. ...Well, for the most part, anyway. Unfortunately, there isn't much choice but to adapt.
