second dance
This is a lot to get adjusted to, but I'm settling in well enough, I suppose. There was a room ready and waiting for me when I found the apartment building... as though someone was expecting my arrival. It is nice to have a place to stay... but... It's very strange.
It was startling at first, but being recognized by a few people has been a relief. I don't feel quite so alone now. Ah, and thank you all again, for your help and your kindness. I... I hope I come to remember you all in time.
Oh, and on that note... a ball, hmm? I don't know what this "Tanabata" is, but... well, how can I pass up a chance to get some of my memories back? And something from home... I don't know anything about my home yet, but it does sound nice. It should be a fun night for everyone, I think.
