Good Bye
Today is a sad day for me. My dog Phlox has been giving out yelps of pain for a couple days now. Last night was the worst. Phlox kept yelping through out the night. My dad spent most of the night with him, trying to figure out what was wrong. Today my mom and I took him to the vet. x-rays revealed that his abdominal area had major problems. The choices given to us were nothing good. My mom and I decided it would be better to put him down, than to prolong his obvious suffereing. My mom and i where with him till his last breath. I know some people would not understand my sorrow, but Phlox was special. And he was pick out to be my dog. I was there when we first got him from the pound. He is a family member that shall be missed. The house will never be the same with out him.
