We are starting to get back into the swing. Still have tons to do at home, cleaning, unpacking, laundry. I have not had a lot of energy lately. One of my most favorite quotes comes to mind regarding your current state...
"That which is to give light, must endure burning"
As much as you do - for so many others - You are entitled to some burning time!
Just remember how how a metal is refined as it burns away the dross...
I myself went through alot a recent fighting of this very same thing ~ I lost LOL ~ the Old Man won! The change has begun - I wonder if it will ever end!?

My favorite way to look at it is the way a sword or knife is forged. First it is heated to a very high heat, shaped, hammered, etc, and forge it. Then when it's shaped, you grind it to shape it, then you heat-treat it (tempering) You make it very hot and then quench it, then moderately hot and quench it. The first time makes large crystals that are very hard but brittle, so you have to do it again, to temper it- you heat not so hot, then quench it. That breaks the crystalline structure down to finer crystals so that they are less likely to fracture. It takes away a little of the hardness but makes it much tougher. This is how to make a knife (sword) which won't shatter when used to parry. It will bend not break.
That's what we need to be, and it takes a bit to get us there!
