Dredd
We just finished watching Dredd with Karl Urban. It was good, if really, really, REALLY gory. Holy shit, people. The gore. It was a nicely gritty distopia and very well done. I liked it, despite the WTF gore aspect. Urban's Stallone impression was HILARIOUS at times, too. But all in all? Good film.
Although, this also happened:
(halfway through the film)
Me: Do you smell skunk?
Himself: (chewing on flavored sunflower seeds after DRINKING the broth the brussel sprouts were cooked in AND eating the rest of the cooked BS) Nope.
Me: *mental face palm*
Then, after the film:
Himself: Wait. Now I smell skunk.
Me: Told ya.
*five minute hunt for the smell. No answers forthcoming*
Me: Oh, duh.
Himself: What?
Me: it's the neighbors downstairs smoking it up.
Himself: *facepalm* You're right.
And the night goes on.
Although, this also happened:
