A home
Becca and I are buying a home.
If you had asked me 15 years ago if I would be married to Becca and buying a home with her I would have laughed.
But maybe I would have been covering that I didn't find the idea outlandish.
A lot is swirling around in my head right now, I'm reaching middle age, I'm buying a home, I'm discussing the future with my partner. California is not where I want to be, not the place I want to provide opportunities for kids (if we decide to have them), but we'll get there. We will find a place.
And maybe make it so that our kids can experience the same kind of happy memories that I've got playing through my head these days.
