My Japanese books, the ones I mistakenly had sent to my old address, apparently were delivered to that house last Wednesday. I haven't heard from my neighbor as to whether or not the new tenants were able to pass on the package to her, and I am hesitant to call because 1. It's a phone call and 2. I really do feel as though I am bugging her, she works a lot and if she has the package she'd let me know. I really am disappointed the package wasn't forwarded, according to the USPS website it seemed as though it would be. I think I might just consider it lost at this point, reorder the books and if the original package shows up, I will just sell them--with the popularity of Japanese crafts I shouldn't have any problem doing so.
Brian is working late tonight, and then tomorrow is off to Dallas for a week-long work conference. He travels for business probably twice a year so it isn't as if I am not used to it, and really now that the girls are getting older it's easier. I still am not looking forward to it.
