Today is Friday and there is not much to do at work.
I have been on my new diet since Monday. It's going pretty good but I am finding myself ridiculously hungry sometimes. The pamphlet I was given says I can eat a lot for lunch but it all sounds like too much, but I realize now why it's a lot of food. Carbs are what make you feel full and the food I'm eating is low in carbs so there you go. I am improvising a lot because I couldn't afford to buy EVERYTHING i was told to eat. I already spent $146 on groceries when I use to spend no more than $80.
I am feeling good about this change nonetheless, though. I feel better about myself, and I am going to lose a ridiculous amount of weight. Once I've been on my diet i will splurge here and there but for now, I am avoiding everything "bad" for me. Like those delicious doughnuts sitting in the break room right now.
