So, the deposits for the Marriott were due out this week through Passkey, but we're showing no sign of it being taken. The credit card details are all correct (I double checked) and we haven't recieved anything from Passkey saying there's been a problem but as this is all on my mother's card, it's not showing on her recent transactions, and she's going on a cruise for a fortnight tomorrow, I'm sliiiightly stressing about it.
If there is a problem, would I be correct in assuming I would be contacted? Also, I can't seem to pull up our reservation on the Marriott website using the confirmation code given to me by Passkey. It's showing on the Passkey site, just not the Marriott one. Is this normal?
Does anyone have contact info for Passkey so I can chase this up? I'm in the UK, but can call internationally if I have to (international calling codes are a pain >.>).
