So we managed to snag a King room at the Westin, because that was all they had left at the Con rate back when we booked. The problem is, we've got two couples. Have you stayed at the Westin? Is there room for a double or Queen size air mattress on the floor? For the last 6 years we've only stayed at the Hilton, so this is completely new to us.

While I was downtown yesterday, I checked out the Westin. It's only about half a block to the right from the MARTA Peachtree Street West entrance on the same side of the street. Hello all. My friends and I have a room booked at the Westin this year. We've never stayed in a host hotel before but remember from our visit last year (our first con) that it wasn't located as close to the other host hotels. I've heard that there is a walkable connector to the Westin. Does anyone know if that's true? Or do you have to walk outside ( Read more... )

Per www.dragoncon.org the Westin has opened up more rooms. I was able to add Thursday August 30 to my reservation. Act fast if you want to get a room.

There will be a one night charge shortly after the reservation is made of $185 + tax.

I have a reservation at the Westin for 2012 Dragon*Con. I've never stayed there, so I looked at somme of the rating sites to see what other people think of it.
