1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before? Bought a house!
2. Did you keep your New Years resolutions, and will you make more for next year? No, and probably not. I'll just try to be good to myself and others.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Not yet. :)
4. Did anyone close to you die? Nope.
5. What states did you visit? Wisconsin, Indiana and Nevada.
6. What countries did you visit? None.
7. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008? A job with real benefits.
8. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory and why? Ummm... Late August, when we bought the house. It's not really etched though, more watercolor.
9. What was your biggest achievement of the year? HOUSE!
10. What was your biggest failure? Letting Kat down.
11. Did you suffer illness or injury? Pfft. Me? No. I suffered Noel's a lot, though. :P
12. What was the best thing you bought? H O U S E! Esp. the new basement we put in.
13. Whose behavior merited celebration? carneggy, for truly earning his gin and tonic.
14. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? The Drama Posse at D&B's. You know who you are.
15. Where did most of your money go? H - O - U - S - E!
16. What did you get really really excited about? ...guess. ;)
17. What song will always remind you of 2008? Barracuda. I still love that every time McCain tried to use a song, the artist said "STOP IT, YOU THIEF!"
18. Compared to this time last year, are you happier or sadder? I'm always happy.

iii. Richer or poorer? Poorer cash-wise. But... HOUSE! :)

21. How will you be spending Christmas? Whoops, dated survey! I did Xmas Eve with my parents and sister and nieces. Xmas day we had Noel's family over for a very nice dinner that Noel cooked up over 3 days. Day after we went down to Noel's mom's place for a smaller dinner. Oh, and the week before we went to Indiana to Kat's big family holiday gather. It was a great christmas!
22. How will you be spending NYE? At the Casa de Krajniak with the usual suspects.
23. Did you fall in love in 2008? I don't fall in love. I schmooze into it. :)
24. How many one night stands? Not many at all... it was a slow year. ;)
25. What was your favorite TV program(s)? I wish I could say Heroes but this season really disappointed me. Overall I'd go with Terminator, but that's only because Leverage is still on probation. :)
26. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Nope, but my opinion of someone has fallen greatly.
27. What was the best book you read? The Magic Casement by Dave Duncan.
28. What was your greatest musical discovery? Marie Digby.
29. What did you want and get? Said one-night stand.
30. What did you want and not get? Hired by the company I "temped" at for four years.
