Artistic Inertia

Darn inertia.I have many ideas, but am unable to commit any of them to paper (or pixel). All I need is that one spark of inspiration...come to think of it, I think I have the inspiration, but not the enthusiam or courage to implement it. Perhaps what I really need is a complete lack of inhibition towards committing to my ideas. It is a lot like

And unfortunately, there are probably people that *do* use that criteria....

I think each person who wants to vote should take and pass a current events quiz.

I would also remove party affiliations from ballots. If you want to vote by party, you have to at least learn the names of your candidates.
