Hugs!

Ain't it awesome?! My mom did it. My dad wanted to put down this pink red carpet instead. Uh, no.
I dare say Luke will learn the colors yellow, orange and blue first. ;) He is especially interested in the yellow, prolly 'cause its the brightest.
Luke was SUCH a goofball at the library today. After he played for a little bit, he decided to run around like a madman. As I was herding him back towards the young kids' section, we ran into two librarians. One of the ladies crouched down and asked for a high five. Well, instead, Luke LAUNCHED himself into her arms for a huge Lukey patented hug, which involves much squeezing, picking his feet up and belly laughs. All three of us were shocked. Then he came back, hid behind my leg and gave a shy high five.
Ha. You gave yourself away, you're NOT shy. You can quit hiding between my legs now.
(in his defense, that's how my mom crouches down for good-bye hugs--well, maybe any hug...)
