A little bit of Harry and Cat.
Curiosity
They hadn’t talked since the rain incident.
Or rather Malfoy hadn’t changed from Cat into his human form.
In fact, Harry was beginning to think he’d just imagined the whole Malfoy thing and that his houseguest really was just an ordinary cat. So he waited, watching to see if it would do something so uncatlike he’d have the proof he wanted.
Of course, Harry knew the spell that would force an Animagus to change, but he was loath to use it.
Much later, Harry stopped by Cat and ran his hand over its back.
Cat arched into the touch and purred.
