How the hell do they get food into Weisshaupt? Isolated fortresses are easy to defend during war, but difficult to live in during peace. Worse, they're unable to project power. I mean if it takes a group of four half a day to march up the stairs, it'll take an army a week to go down (large numbers of people move slower than small numbers).
And it seems that Cory has been stealing wardens. Good going Hawke, yet another think you fucked up. Did you do anything right?
First hint we've seen of malleable languages evolving over time in Thedas. Thing is, they should have a Latin equivalent. The language of ancient Tevinter maybe - or barring that the language of Orlais when the Chantry was founded during the second blight. Not a natural language, but as a scholar language used for formal records and such. It should still be used, did they check them all already and have moved on to the more casual records which are just in whatever language?
Archdemon horns! Just sitting out there in the open! I guess no one worries about the taint
( ... )
I think that's cool. Don't be so hard on Hawke, the Plot demanded Corypheus get away regardless of what Hawke did. :P

Why 'should'? I think Latin (and Greek) are very much a construct of our world and doesn't necessarily mean every civilization/world/planet is going to follow it.
I guess no one worries about the taint those things would be giving off when everyone around are Wardens.
Once the Archdemon is dead, why would it necessarily still be tainted?
But for now, take a look at it and the symbols in use. They don't match the description given in the text.
That's the fault of the map maker. Not too surprising, given what I've seen and heard about the discrepancies between a book and its cover.
Candles in a library. That's … fuck, an open flame in a place filled with dry old paper. Wait, lots of open flames! I'm amazed that they still have records dating back to the 4th blight, they must have fires breaking out in the place every other week.

So, what's going to happen to this read-a-long when DAI drops should be thought about.

Darkspawn are still tainted when dead. Why would the Archdemon be different?
