She glances at the others sitting round her, judging for the reaction and faces of her fellow peers.]
Do you feel that?
[ Even if smell or sense was more appropriate. Hogwarts, although confusing and unusual always exuded a sense of security. For the first time since her arrival-- that peace felt disturbed. It's a feeling of alarm. Standing suddenly she turns toward the entrance of the great hall.]
Something isn't right.
[OOC: Open to anyone of any house. Vampire will be going out to investigate and will definitely end up fighting!]

I didn't feel anything.
What do you think is wrong?

After a moment of silence she shakes her head.]
I... I don't know. I have a really bad feeling.
[ And that feeling grows progressively stronger. She doesn't know how to explain it. Her stomach begins to feel hallow, however. The scent-- the oder, particularly to her sensitive nose, makes her stomach twist.]
Something rotten.
[ But what...? Licking her lips anxiously she looks back at the other students, and the boy who spoke to her just moments before. No one else notices (yet). Finally, she shakes her head, before taking a step forward. ]
... It's probably nothing... [ She smiles, as though to try and prove that she's obviously just said something silly. ( If something's happened, that could endanger others, right? I don't want that... )It's clear though that the words are ( ... )

Still, being the Knight he was, he couldn't let a damsel go off by herself if she was distressed. He stood up, giving her a warm smile as he did.]
I think I'll join you, if you don't mind. I'm practically full anyway.

Ah-
[She blinked, and hesitated a moment. If something dangerous was going on, what would she do if he got hurt? But-- it was hard to say no to someone who could wear such a warm expression. And-- although out of necessity she had begun to get over some of her initial agoraphobia since she had entered the castle, she still felt better when in the company of others. Once farther away from the Great Hall though, where she could ascertain for sure what was going on, she'd have to warn him.]
That's fine.
[Stepping out of the Great Hall, she smiled at him in return (the friendly demeanor was catching), before studying his features.]
I've seen you before in a couple of my classes. You're a third year as well, right? My name's Yuuki.

Besides, they were both 3rd year Gryffindors, they probably should get to know each other anyway.]
Yeah, I'm third year too. [He held out his hand for her.] I'm Suzaku. Kururugi Suzaku. Its nice to meet you.

[ In turn she shook his hand. Somehow, while here, she seemed to understand English perfectly fine. -- Which was strange, to her. She barely noticed the language barrier seemed extinct until someone pointed it out to her. Still, other Japanese names were more familiar and made it easier to address them with honorifics. Whereas... it felt a little strange using such with western names.
Regardless, she'd be in a bit of trouble otherwise. Her English skills weren't all that impressive...]
It's kind of surprising. There's so many Japanese here.

[ The moment of pleasantries didn't last long, though. Her smile abruptly flickered, and her head shot forward again, eyes clear and searching in the dim light. That feeling of unease-- that scent. Her unease crashed back home. With a halt, the hand that held his slipped from his grasp, only to be held out wide in front of him, protective as she took a step forward.]
Hey-- [ She couldn't stay silent, even if providing an explanation could be awkward. Everything inside her screamed 'danger' was approaching. ] Quick, get behind me. [ Human, her senses told her. Suzaku was human, and so without thought to magic or anyone else's capabilities while here, her first thought was to defend.]

But he also wasn't going to jump forward like a complete idiot, though its not like he noticed anything dangerous at the moment. So he instead placed a hand on her shoulder while he stood next to her.]
What is it?

There's something in the castle that shouldn't be. Something dangerous.
[ Her brows knit. What, though? It's stench was distant but strong. She glanced back up at him, brown eyes meeting the green of his. It probably sounded ridiculous coming from her, but she was serious, and hoped he would at least realize this wasn't a joke or prank of some kind.]
I can't really explain how I know, but-- I can sense it. It's below...toward the dungeons.

His expression showed some concern, but no mocking.]
I'll go take a look. You wait here.
[he gave her a small reassuring smile.]
Hopefully it'll turn out to be nothing, though.

[ Her eyes widened. That certainly hadn't been her intention. Worried, she scrambled in front of him, concerned. ]
No! That is... You should get a teacher. It could be dangerous. Listen, you could get hurt. I planned to check it out by myself, anyhow so it's fine if it's just me.
[ Even if the idea is an uncomfortable one. This is what happens when you put two gryffindors together :| ]

Listen... I'm the highest ranking Knight of the Holy Britannian Empire. If there is something dangerous lurking down there in the dungeons, then I'm not letting you go down there by yourself.
We'll go together?
[He'll at least offer that compromise.]

And I thought I was the only one.
[Furrowing her eyebrows, she glances at the windows, the cracking of lightning bolts only become louder with each passing moment.]
Do you think we should check it out?
