Three weeks had passed ever since he received the purple Haro as a gift on the night of Christmas. It was lifeless when he first open the package, devoid of it's signature electronic cheerfulness. Having read about the failure of electronic device within Hogwarts ground, he knew the Haro wouldn't function but it didn't help make him felt any better. Starring at the silent Haro only made his heart ache. It reminded him of the home he didn't know if he could still return to. He constantly worried about them, of Setsuna, Allelujah, Feldt, Milenia, Sumeragi, Lyle, everyone... wondering if they were safe, if missions were going well. Seeing Haro only made him more aware of his feelings but he didn't let it affect his judgement. It was still a gift from home. He didn't understand why he was given something in the midst of this magical chaos. He would finds ways, magical or not, to make it operational.
In the beginning he had taken it apart, hoping that it was technical glitch that caused it to cease functioning. But no matter how many times he checked, there was nothing wrong with it. He finally gave up and decided to look into different solution.
It was for that reason he was always in the library lately. Books and knowledge was aplenty in Hogwarts. He searched from shelves to shelves looking for spells or charms that could possibly aid him. He found several, some worked while others didn't. Today, upon finding another promising charm, he borrowed the book and went about working on the Haro in one of the classroom he knew would be empty in the noon. Unfortunately, promising wasn't quite as positive as he was hoping for because the Haro was showing no sign of improvement. It was still staring at him with it's LED eyes, as it has been since a week ago when he had managed to get it to start up. That was all it did.
"Why is this not working...?" He frowned and checked the book again.
