nothing of importance
I guess updating here is well overdue but not much to say really. Christmas wasn't as hot as I had feared and the bugs were mostly absent although spending a week with not one but two chain smokers is not the most healthy thing to do. I felt lung cancer creeping in with every breath.
Something to comment on is some bullying I came across at the train station. I saw three bratty prepubescent morons hassling a fourth kid of the same age. I decide ask the kid if he wants my help (reluctant to interfere if he doesn't because he's the one that has to go to school with the brats) and it only takes a few sentences to pick up the fact that this kid's probably from a special ed class (later confirmed by someone who knew him by the way). He's almost crying and then one of the morons picks up a huge rock from the tracks... so I ended up walking him to nearby school his mother worked at as a tuckshop lady. The brats followed us. In fact it wasn't until I had the kid well and truly on school grounds and the lollypop lady was watching them that they left.
Now I get that kids don't have to get along but 1, it was three against one, 2, there was no call for a rock, and 3, what the hell did they think they were gonna do after following us???
Kids should be outlawed.
On a more positive note, six weeks until my sister's wedding which is wonderful except I have to wear a dress. On a less joyful note, it's three weeks left until I get the first two of my wisdoms out.
That's pretty much everything I have to say.
