This has gone on long enough. We can officially say that there is a serial killer. A third body has been found. The victim is male. ID Miles Materesse. One additional stab wound from the victim prior. We have three total victims, two male, one female all three with the same initials. They have little in common otherwise.

I was only able to find the bare bones on him. Nothing of use.

I've never seen someone hide their records and such so well.

There are quite a few private investigators and detectives in the city, but none that I know of who go by 'Watari'. But then they do seem prone to using aliases. Did Link talk to this Watari in person or over the network?

Link said that Watari spoke to him over the network. Unfortunately that doesn't rule out anyone. Watari knew about the case already. He may be a private investigator. Either way I want to speak to him.

Rue and Ryuzaki. They look a like so conclusion is they are related, correct? We know they are not. One likes to assume the idenity of the other.
