This has gone on long enough. We can officially say that there is a serial killer. A third body has been found. The victim is male. ID Miles Materesse. One additional stab wound from the victim prior. We have three total victims, two male, one female all three with the same initials. They have little in common otherwise.
The citizen, Link found the body and has no relation to Materesse. The same with Wakaba and Clow. The killer is toying with our authority and other citizens rights to leave this City.
Someone spoke to Link, saying that they were on this squad. He called himself Watari. Obviously not the person's true name. I think that they have an outside interest. I want us to find Watari and ask him a few questions.
Until then, I'd like an alert put out within the City for anyone with the initials MM to be particularly careful and if they live alone to temporarily stay with trusted friends or family members.
EDIT: What do we have on this person? Each body had a faint smell of berry. It may not be a particularly large lead but nonetheless.
