Am I getting old or what?
Yesterday was Munchkin night. A cool one, too, because this time we were eight people playing. There was a lot of food and wine and a great company. This, though, meant that we played two games (I co-won one as elf :o)) and ended at 4:30 in the morning (so actually today). We were lucky to catch the night bus, so I was at home around 5 AM, slept till 10, stayed in bed till noon, but I am DEAD today. I have headache, and I feel as if I was carrying a heavy log on my shoulders. The ugly weather (it's raining and dark all day) is not helping. Ouch. I also don't remember how much wine I drank, but there were three bottles of red and we were three people drinking red wine, and I bottle should not do such damage... but maybe I drank more than the others.
Working on Demotic while falling asleep every other minute is not the perfect thing to do, but as I am trying to decipher the last unread bits and pieces, which basically means going through the dictionary entry-by-entry and concentrating only when I see something similar, it can be done. It has to be done, because I'll be getting those dates tomorrow, and I still have one hieratic tablet to decipher before we can start writing the report on them in the publication.
So it's NO PARTIES for some time at least. At least until I go to Greece.
