How about this: When you assign reading a chapter in a class you, I don't know, GO OVER THE FRIGGIN' Chapter instead of jumping all around the book and asking questions that would involve intense knowledge of the subject. If you assign us to read chapter 4, don't be surprised that we don't know what's going on in Chapters 5, 6, and 12. Yes, this is college. Yes, we are required to know what you assign us but no where in the pre-reqs did it mention being a mind reader.
Do not be surprised if I chose instead to make note cards for the terms in class instead of doing the page-flip-marathon.
