You know what I think has made the biggest difference? I've almost stopped caring if other people will like it. I write for me (well...and you *g*) now, I write what I want to write, and if it doesn't fit into my f-lists preferences, well then so what?

Don't get me wrong, reviews are nice and all, but I've stopped seeing other people's validation as the reason for writing. It's just a bonus if they do like it.

SJS has certainly been a learning curve. I'm happy if I get two people reading a chpater, exstatic if there's more, when once I would've been gutted if I posted something and only one person read it.

I think I've grown this year. Lol.

2) I'm in exactly the same place as you. Exactly. And I also dread turning 26, but at least it can't possibly be as depressing as last year!

In fact... we've got quite a lot more in common than I though! Commenting on it all would take more time than I have at the moment, but I'll do this as well and you'll probably see it too :)
