My paper is completely finished and ready to be turned in tomorrow. It should not have taken that much effort, but there it is. It's done and that's all that matters.

Surprisingly little to write about lately. Things are nice and calm, though Shinji isn't home nearly as much as I would like, but I can't complain because the situation was reversed last semester while I was at my internship. We're back in Osaka. We took the early train home so that we would have time to unpack and get settled back in this afternoon. It was a lot of fun being up there even if sleeping arrangements were a bit different than I would have wanted. I did manage to sleep next to Shinji most nights, meaning that I actually slept and didn't stare at the wall. ( Read more... )

Shinji and I are headed up to his mother's house for New Year's. I'm dragging Ryou with us. It should be a lot of fun.

Shinji is feeling like his normal self again and for that I'm incredibly grateful. It's good to see him looking and acting like himself again.

Ryou, you want to come over for lunch or dinner some time this week? I feel like cooking.

Anyone willing to lend me a hand convincing my lovely finacee that working himself to death over finals is a bad thing? I'm considering tying him to the bed to get my point across because he doesn't seem to be listening to me. Help getting him to relax, eat, sleep would be appreciated.

Spent another weekend in with Shinji. I have to say it's one of the best ways to spend the weekend.

Oh, Shinji, do you need anything at the store? I'm going to stop on my way home from the hospital tomorrow.

Shinji did something incredibly amazing on his birthday.

We were just relaxing in each other's arms when he asked me to marry him.

We're engaged.
