(The feed turns on to show Hatori, sitting in the hospital. As soon as he notices that the comm is recording, he opens his mouth to speak. However, before he has the chance to do so, he turns to the door, as if looking at someone who had just entered.

His hand lowers the comm ever so slightly, and he stares in the direction for quite a while.  ( Read more... )

Hallucinations, going comatose, irrational anger, there's a few things going around.

[He's not going to comment on the thing with the door just yet.]

How are things holding up at the hospital?

So I noticed.

With the increase of said symptoms, we have been busy. However, seeing as we don't know exactly what it is, it would be hard to help. For now, keeping an eye on those who have been affected is the best we can do.

Pretty sure it's something to do with the communicators. How to stop it... I'll have to get back to you on.

The other doctors holding up alright?

I would appreciate the information.

Some, yes, though, there are others who seem to be affected.

Not much to it. Everything started happening after that scream the other day. And I don't know about everyone else, but mine's been making a noise since then.

Great. You guys aren't in much of a position to be doing house calls then are you?

Yes, I've noticed that as well. It doesn't seem like it will be stopping any time soon.

It is possible, despite the circumstances. Is something wrong?

Suddenly indestructible communicators don't seem like such a brilliant idea. If it keeps up might just have to toss everyone's into the lake or something.

Not right this moment, but I've had a couple people attempting suicide. Somehow I don't think it's going to end with just them.

I'm afraid I would have to agree. The noise can be irritating.

I see. Should you encounter any more, please don't hesitate to contact me.

That's not reassuring. You positive? Recognizing hallucinations isn't the same as resisting them.

It is very unlikely that I will be affected by them. However, if I am, then I'm sure there are others who would be just as willing and capable of helping.
