It would seem that Dr. Albright has managed to make an impression on the Chief of Staff already. And I'd say it isn't a good one from the tone of Weaver's post. I believe I was here for several months before Dr. Weaver openly aired any sort of dislike for me. I do still recall her telling Dr. Lewis to not listen to a thing I said during a particular trauma...however Albright has only just returned from a rotation at a VA hospital.

I'm not even sure I really want to inquire about the incident that seems to have displeased Dr. Weaver. Albright needs to understand that her actions reflect on the department as a whole and myself as her superior when she's down in the ER.

At least my evening at home was pleasant. I probably should have attended the staff's Christmas party, I just couldn't bring myself to celebrate anything. What little celebratory action I take this holiday season will be spent at home, with Abigail.
