Tomorrow is my last full day on Guam. I finished up everything i'm going to get done on the WSSV project down here as of this afternoon (this consisted mainly of making copies of literature i had found). That leaves tomorrow to tie up any loose paperwork ends and pack all my crap up. My flight leaves around 6 in the morning, so you can imagine how early i have to me at the airport. I'm debating not bothering to go to bed at all.
I guess i should briefly mention my housemate, Dr. Zack. He's an entomologist, and a personable guy, though we don't interact much since his schedule is almost the complete antithesis of mine. He also brought a mercury vapor bulb for setting up a light sheet (for attracting insects at night), and has been gracious enough to let me use it. Only been able to set it up twice, since it's been raining most of the week (MV bulbs can pop when they get wet). I set it up tonight, though there wasn't much to catch. Stupid principles of biogeography. Volcanic island + small area + far from large landmass = low biodiversity.
Damn. Thought i had more to say.
