I don't think I can handle the trauma of The Archers today. The acting is so, so much better than any TV soap. I once had a dream that I was running round Dulwich Common when I saw Tamsin Grieg, and stopped to congratulate her on her scenes as Debbie Aldridge with her fictional father Brian.
