On Fire

Had forgotten what an absolutely stunningly wonderful gorgeous beautiful etc album 'On Fire' by Galaxie 500 was/is til _moggy_ asked me to find it and mail her a copy for listening to at work. There's stuff on there that you could imagine Coldplay piling on their over-production and gloss and one-finger piano melodies and Chris Martin's faux vulnerable braying instead of the actually heartfelt playing and singing and having world-conquering hits with. I remember them taking me to a 'special place' one Glastonbury (1990 I think).

Here's the whole album (with extra tracks as it's the re-release). Grab it quick, I think it'll expire quite soon.
