Our first round of home-grown zucchini has been officially devoured by squirrels or some other furry thing. I'm so mad at you, wild squishies! I reeeally hope that we are able to grow more than they can eat. We have yet to come up with a way to effectively keep them away.

I suppose I've been strangely silent on LJ lately given that my boss has been out of town. Most of my downtime at work has been spent on the online courses I'm taking in preparation for my communication disorders program in the fall. Packing up meds and toiletries has turned into cleaning out the bathroom cupboard. I am tempted to purge all the crap I haven't used since I relegated it to the wastelands of the closet. Birthday adventure at Hampton Beach this week was SUPER fun despite the horrendous rain. While we did not manage a walk on the beach, we did play lots of arcade games and eat yummy treats.
