So how many people understood the reference????
Phil would have. And he would have been very excited by it!
Ok: 12:34:56, 07/08/09. Kind of a special string of numbers, doesn't happen very often, but it happened today, at 12.34pm. (plus 56 seconds, obviously!)
Ok, have been a bad blogger. Not feeling particularly cheery, so hard to be breezy journal girl.
Anyway:
Wednesday was a rest day, so I rested, exercise wise, and entertained Gemma and baby Sam instead.
Went running on Thursday, disasterous, because of heat. It was 32 degrees on the airfireld, with not enough wind for the gilders to fly. Funnily enough, only lasted 26 minutes, and then running stopped - I kept walking until an hour, but was feeling seriously sick (and shoukd have stopped long before that - it was very stupid indeed) and dehydrated - so gave up. Made up the time today in the gym, and managed a total distance of 12.48km (it is a whole lot easier on the treadmill.)

Will be attempting the Parkrun again tomorrow - just hoping to survive, without wee disasters! and then begins the birthday weekend. Joy. Gonna be 38.
Pic is some pretty flowers. Hope this satisfies!

Other pic shows naughty Peg attempting to break through the netting on the pond. She was swiftly removed, but the problem remains: how to protect the fish/frogs/newts without making the pond inaccessible for the latter two creature types... working on it!
Oh yes. One more thing.
I HAVE A PLACE IN THE 2010 LONDON MARATHON.
Night night.
Lots of love.
