[FAN ACCOUNT] YB gave me his towel & took my fansign~!
Sorry if this is all over the place! I typed it up quick to email to my friend Tammy studying in Korea. She’s a huge YB fan and if I could change one thing, I wish she was there with all our friends at these concerts. I have so much to say about all the boys and the amazing concerts, but I’ll just have this one to share about my interactions with YB!^^
Day 2 / Big Bang in Anaheim - VIP (I had seats on Day 1)
Okay for my sign, I made it like past 3am that day after thinking so much about what I should put on it. I never made a sign for YB before so I wanted to make a sign that would catch his attention. I finally went with this one, even though I really did not like calling him this name before but he sure loves it a lot! lol. So, I was like fineeee, why notttt. I just made what came to mind. Also, realized later that I could have just wrote “TeyMAMA” instead of “TeyMOMMA” lol but I was so tired while I was making it that it ended up being like that..haha. When I made it, I was like ahhh I hate myself but in the end it was totally worth it.
My friends and I got to the venue at around 10:15-10:30, and the line for VIP already had around 200 fans there or so. While waiting anxiously in line, we got to talk with the other VIPs around us and they were mostly TOP’s girls~ haha. I got to finally meet Krizelle, one of the VIPs I’ve known since back in the day~ She came all the way from Canada! Since she had been in VIP on Friday, she was telling me how it was, and how so many fans left the sound check party early so they can queue again to be in front of VIP line. I mean I get it, it’s a sacrifice because they wanna be at railing during the whole concert but Krizelle told me how the boys just looked really confused on stage when they saw hella people leaving during the middle of them singing. :( They are stronger than me, cos I can’t bring myself to leave a room when Big Bang is still there! When it was time to get up for wristbands, my friends and I were able to get purple, just barely making it as the last couple of groups I think. When we got in, we speed-walked down to the VIP area and I ended up being behind Krizelle and her friends! I was surprised that there didn’t seem to be as many people in our area as I thought there’d be. But I did see people already leaving as soon as they got in so maybe that’s why. There was a lot of room~ The sound check started with YB up near the drums with his neon green beanie on and I was excited because it was the same color as my sign. lol. When boys came up closer to us, which was at the front and left of the extended stage if you’re facing it, my friends and I held up our signs and Daesung kept noticing the one with his name on it, the orange one I made for my friend Monica to hold! “Daebak Daesung!” Of course he had a huge smile on his face and waved to her a lot! When I put up my sign that said “YO! Please show me aeygo!” in Hangul, Daesung definitely saw it (or maybe there was a Daesung sign behind me? LOL) but he sort of chuckled a little bit shyly like ‘Yes, I see what you want me to do, but nooooo I don’t wanna~” XDDD So he just waved and smiled back. ^^
When YB came down to walk around, Krizelle and her friend let me slide inbetween them to show YB my sign!! He had his shades on, but either it was right timing or he saw it, because he started dancing his lil’ Teydaddy dance directly in front of us! My sign was right in front of him, and he was so close to us, that he can’t have not seen it. lol. So I was so happy already because he was right there in front of our faces, DANCING in front of my sign! x_x
When the sound check was over and everyone was clearing out and leaving, I rushed up to the side where YB was still standing and talking to a stage staff. There weren’t many fans around, so I went right up to the railing, and held up my sign for him to read. He didn’t have his shades on this time! There were fans calling out his name at different times, and I was kinda worried because my voice was in no condition to yell since I was already sick since the day before, but soon my friends came up behind me and we yelled “YOUNG BAE~” together and caught his attention. He looked once and nodded and then it took him a sec to read my sign and he did that cute nod of recognition and smirk of his when he read and understood it, kinda of like “Yea, I gotchu~” So he came closer and picked up a towel, wiped his face and tried to throw it to me. He failed and it dropped down near to him, so he picked it up again, came much closer to the edge of the stage and gestured that he’s aiming it to me and to get ready to catch it. He ~carefully tossed it into my hands. *O*<3

That whole time he was preparing to give me his towel, all that was going through my mind is that I must be dreaming and is this really happening?! Good thing he turned away after that, because I fell back like a fucking cartoon. LOL. I’m so embarrassed that I did that, because I realized I was not dreaming after all and my friends, a few fans and security were looking down at me and all I could say was, “I’M FUCKING DONE WITH MY LIFEEEE NOW.” LOL. I got up, and noticed one of the YG photographers looking at me like ‘did that just happen..’ and security had no idea how to react to me, so I just walked and repeated again that I’m fucking done with me life lol. When I saw that YB hadn’t left yet, and was actually preparing to do sound check for his solo, my friend Ianne linked arms with me and we rushed over to the other side where we had to leave anyways but we went up to the railing near the stage again near him. A couple of fans were saying “Where U At!” and I just repeated it cos I don’t even know why... lol but I realized maybe they meant to ask him to perform that. lol. Well, I yelled out “Thank you!” to him, waving the towel he gave me and holding up my sign and waved. YB grinned and nodded back at me.
The security were making careful move back gestures to leave already so we were making our way up the stairs and looking back at YB. I yelled out “SARANGHAEYO~!” and Monica yelled out “SWAGGAAAA~” which we thought he couldn’t hear, but he looked up and started blowing kisses at us!! I had to tell Ianne to look back cos she was missing it (she’s a big YB fan too!) and good thing he was still at it and then I found myself blowing kisses back at him (WHO AM I EVEN?! I DON’T EVER DO THAT LOL). When we got out, I was shaking and we were spazzing. I couldn’t believe what had just happened. I always thought it’d be cool to catch something that a Big Bang member throws out to the crowd, but I never thought that could happen to me and especially never thought it’d be possible for my favorite member to directly give something to me. T_T I just wanted to him to see my sign and acknowledge me with at least just a look, but he did so much more than that. TTTT____TTTT Thank you, YB~

During the concert
Since the sound check party was already so epic, I felt content enough that it didn’t matter to me where I stood the rest of the night. YB already granted one of my concert wishes so I couldn’t ask of anything more. I thought could just hang back and enjoy the show from wherever I stood. Of course when concert started, I just ended up FREAKING OUT and bouncing from here to there, following YB like a bb duckling back and forth from the side of the stage VIP area where he was at the most. LOL. Whenever YB was at the corner of the main stage, singing and dancing, I’d go to that area and hold up my sign, and he’d see it again and smiled, doing his signature dance! lolll. Whenever he went up to the extended stage at the corner, I held up my sign for him to see while he was singing and dancing there, too. lol. Just in the back of everyone though, so I can hold it up. But at one moment, during the Fantastic Baby encore, I was behind Ianne and YB was singing up there - I was holding up my sign and then all I see is the spotlight directly shining down on my area and I know my sign could be seen clearly. And then, as YB turns to look at our area, he sees my sign again, smiles, and points right at me!! I freak out again of course.

Since it was the encore, I knew that YB was going to walk down near the fans soon, so I waited a lil’ bit in the corner that I knew he would end up at. There were other fans there waiting to see YB too~^^ When YB comes over like we knew he would, I was able to be at barricade railing and show him my sign again. I didn’t hold it up high or anything because he was just right there in front, but he sees it again as he dances, but it was just briefly and he went away. I left that area thinking that’s the last time he’s going down there and I stayed nearest to where TOP was just sitting and interacting with fans, so I was just watching in complete awe of his gorgeous face and cute moments with the fans there. My friend Justine taps me on the shoulder to tell me YB’s back on the other side and I am TORN because I wanna stay and stare at TOP but also can’t help but to go to YB again one last time~ ;o;<3
As usual, YB is dancing on top of the corner thing and then makes his way down and I’m trying to grab Ianne with my free hand to get her to go nearer and touch YB cos he’s hi-fiving/touching fans’ hands and she loves him too so she needed to get up in there. lolll. This was during the encore of Hands Up. I was holding my sign with my left hand and have it facing him. YB sees it and recognizes me again, looks me right in the eyes as he’s walking closer (it’s his turn to sing but he’s not really singing), and I don’t mean to sound cheesy but it was like it was happening in slow motion, and I am just standing there, freaking out on the inside. On the outside, I was probably just smiling like a fool, not knowing what to do because YB looking at me right in the eyes, and smiling and then as if I just knew what he was going to do from his look, it just happened. I just said in my mind to him, “Are you really going to do this to me?” He was still looking at me in the eyes, smiling with a look that said “I want it~ I’m going to take your sign ok~” (lol this is me live-captioning) and reaches his hand out to me and takes my sign from my hands so slowly and carefully, it felt like it floated away but our hands did touch. All I could say as he took it and left was “I ...just...love you.” omg. >_<
A friend found this fancam of it and of course the moment happens a lot faster than I remember lol but now I can relive it over and over again. Keep in mind, it was still the crazy encore going on, so I don’t know what’s going on around me, but after that, I was still in a daze over YB but he definitely just took my sign, and I walked away from that, with my hands shaking from what just happened. I looked up to the big screen and I saw YB walking around near the fans with my sign in his hands and I screamed. lol. Sound check was already too much for me, so this was just the cherry on top of it all. At sound check, it felt like it happened so fast that I couldn’t fully absorb it all, but this moment and the smile on his face, looking me right in the eyes, it is engraved in my mind and I will cherish this memory forever. I didn't think it was possible for me to love him more than I already do, but he proved me wrong.
I know that I’ve been lucky to have been able to see Big Bang a bunch of times before, but it was never like this, and I never made them fansigns before. I have loved YB ever since he was in GDYB..it’s been like yearsss so this was just so surreal what happened that day. I’m pretty sure that he knows now that I just love him too friggin’ much lol. Since he saw my signs a bunch of times....maybe he even took it so that I wouldn’t be able to wave it in his face anymore. lol. I want to think that maybe he must have really liked the sign.. Either way, it really meant a lot to me for him to be so sweet to me. ^^ It was really a dream come true. Just like how Seungri said! haha..dreams do come true~
I am so thankful to him, Big Bang and my friends who I finally was able to share a full Big Bang concert experience with. This was the best concert experience for me yet. One for the books~
