Some more food pr0n! Mom and I made cupcakes (and popovers) for a baby shower this afternoon to which we were both invited. She mixed cake batter and threw together the cream cheese frosting; I carved out the cupcake centers, she dropped in the filling, and I piped on the icing. I didn't end up getting one, but to all accounts, they were pretty awesome!




The ones with pink sprinkles are chocolate cupcakes with chocolate pudding filling. The white-sprinkled ones are vanilla cakes with a raspberry jam filling. Cream cheese icing on both!
