Things that make me smile, a more mellow edition:
• good weather, sunshine, spring, kids out on our little league field.
• heels and jeans, being productive, laughing with my coworkers, getting a raise, my paycheck after working overtime last Saturday.
• that it's Friday.
• this thread between my mother and Maggie.
They talk about boozing, baseball, and getting carded. I love these women.
• the Red Sox whupping the Yankees again.
• my shiny iPhone; it has been remarkably useful this past week, and it just reminds me that I love it so. Yes, it's an object. No, I don't care. It kept me, Rob, and Wes from being lost in Boston at midnight after the Sox game. I love this little hunk of metal.
• my boyfriend, bless him. He's so tolerant and loving and I'm the luckiest woman alive.
