Sailor Moon Tattoo Tribute - Back Piece

Okay, so lately, I've had to explain my idea for the tattoo I want for my back a lot. I want the thing to cover my back entirely, so it takes some explaining to get my idea across.

Basically, I want to pay homage to my favorite series ever, Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon. I've thought of this for a few years now, and I'm just now writing up what exactly it is that I want.

Firstly, the idea I have is based on the right side of this image from volume three of the Sailor Moon manga art books:

I want my back piece to include a model of the Solar System, but not the geocentric one Naoko Takeuchi drew there. I'd rather a simple heliocentric model. This is a quick sketch I did for the tattoo, and of course I'll make a more detailed and more size-appropriate one later:

Besides being a heliocentric model of the Solar System, I wanted to have the planets in the position they were in when I was born. I thought that because astrologists say this determines a lot about a person, that I should show who I am on my back with this. Seriously, the full moon tugs on some people's brains just the wrong way, so why can't Pluto, even? I just need to check on the moon's position.

You'll also notice that the planets' symbols are identical to the ones shown in the anime, like Mercury, Venus, and Mars having heart shapes instead of circles. This is just all the more relevant to the series.

I included the first four asteroids of which the Sailor Quartet were from, 1 Ceres, 2 Pallas, 3 Juno, and 4 Vesta. The four go around the asteroid belt's position clockwise in that order.

I also wanted to have the orbits of the plants bear the names of the planets in three languages: Latin, Japanese, and English. Ian, I checked The Nine 8 Planets for the Latin names, but please let me know if you'd write them differently. I'll be using kanji for the Japanese names, too, so they could be read in Chinese, too.

At the edge of the model, I have three stars to symbolize the three Starlights. They really don't belong there, but it's cool, 'cause I got it like that.

as far as the positioning of the Sailor Soldiers, I want the Kinmoku Soldiers above the model, like they're in the sky. The others, I want them scattered along my lower back. I want everyone drawn in Naoko Takeuchi's style of drawing the girls. I hope I can do it well! It may be a bit of a long shot, but someday, I'd like Naoko Takeuchi herself to sign my back, and I'll get that signature tattooed into me. I also want myself and whoever tattoos me to sign it.

Here is a quick sketch of the positioning:

As far as anything else goes, like the vines in the original work, I don't know. I may put vines in it, I may add a space-like background. We'll see. My drawing the wings along my shoulders was just to see how it'd look with wings. That's not a solid part of the plan, yet.

But yeah, that's my idea. I hope you guys like it! Feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
