Seiranger and Cub Ranger Updates
As some of you may know, I've been working on a couple of fan works spun off from the Super Sentai Series in Japan, the show which Power Rangers is based on. There is a short, non-canon bit with Matty and I as Bouken Death and Bouken Star respectively in the Australian branch of S.G.S. as our own spin-off of Go Go Sentai Boukenger. Then Lethal Insanity Sentai Seiranger takes place in the year 2006 in St. Augustine Florida. After that, Matty and I travel to California and Husky Sentai Cub Ranger happens. Matty and I then head for Australia where h4xx0r Sentai Austranger takes place.
Firstly, I'd like to show off the new design for Bridgette, the first yellow ranger in Seiranger, Hippie Ranger I. Her brother was murdered by four friends, but they couldn't be linked to the murder, so no one ever knew they were involved. Bridgette decided to take justice into her own hands upon finding out who her brother's murderers are, and she creates the Seiranger Powers using a spell cast with her Wiccan powers. Though, because her heart was full of rage and anger when she cast the spell, the four friends slowly gained powers as well.

The only other things I've come up with to add to Seiranger is to not show the reader what happened with Bridgette and her brother until later in the story, and that I want to somehow connect Bridgette with the red ranger, Death Ranger/Matty.
Now for Matty's idea of Cub Ranger... I've been working on this more and more lately because of an interest shown by a Bear/Cub/Chub/etc. group on MySpace. I now (hopefully) have the final line-up for the team.

Those are the eight Cub Rangers. The story starts with just Matty, Aaron, and Ricky as a team of three. They are quickly joined by Joe and Strider, and Benji and Alan join midway into the story, with Katie making only one appearance before passing her powers to Alan.
An idea is running between us to use each of our worst ex-boyfriends as models for our main villains. Besides this idea, there is no information or plot developed around any enemies as of yet.
We each use a ring with a jewel colored to match our suit to transform. The general phrase is, "Cub Ranger, woof!" as we throw our fist bearing the ring into the air. A colored energy is supposed to shoot from the ring and become our element, and then we are "dressed" by our element into our Cub Ranger outfits. This item is almost certainly going to be used by Matty, Aaron, and Ricky, but it is possible that the other five rangers will use something different.
This is the only sketch of any mecha we would be using. It is Matty's, Aaron's, and Ricky's first mecha joined into the first super robo.
I plan to have Joe's and Strider's mecha be able to join with the first super robo. Benji's mecha will likely have wings, and thus flying capabilities, and we expect it to be like a carrier mecha that can be used to form a sort of "Ultrazord". Katie is not expected to have a mecha, and Alan's has yet to be conceived.
