[Action]

Hiyori is in the Hall of Missing, walking around with something in her hand, before specifically stopping in front of two people's portraits. "Mister Lee, you too? At least you and Tony left together. I hope both of you remember the City and are happy together back in your home world, then." She pauses for a little while longer, and then ( Read more... )

Ah, well, it's kind of chilly out, so I'd recommend bringing something to wear.

I-I can't really go, but I was just curious as to what it's like outside. But I'd like to.

[The portraits look as they did the day before: faces without names, echoes of a past that he's never known and never will. Roxas lets them run through his field of vision without particular attention until they jump out at him.

Sasha. Nill.

No matter the faces, Roxas keeps walking, striding through the corridor without pause. He turns the corner, and there they are - more familiar ones, known to him by numbers rather than names.

This should hurt, shouldn't it..? But it doesn't. And if he could be, if he thought if it at all, he might be glad of that.

Nothing to be said. He turns on them, and he goes on.]

She's still standing there, just for a little while more- really- when she hears someone else walking through the Hall. It wasn't that guy at the door, he just stands there all the time. As the person start rounding the corner, though, the coat is a dead giveaway for who it is, before he even fully turns it. "Roxas?" He did mention that he came here a lot, after all.

At the sound of his name, Roxas starts. Then, as he sees who it is, his expression settles into blankness. He knows the face; he knows the name, and nothing more of importance comes to mind.

"Hiyori." He says her name utterly without inflection. "What are you doing here?" It's less curiosity about her than it is that strange sense of possessiveness. After all, people rarely come to the Hall more than a handful of times. He's used to being alone in this place.

What would you even call what she was doing? It was utterly ridiculous, wasn't it? Giving a poster to people that weren't there anymore, no, not even people, but their pictures. But somehow it just felt right to her. "Ah, just . . . seeing some of my friends off."

Little-known fact: Clow visits the Hall of the Missing at least once a week. It used to be more frequent before Yue came back, but it's still his secret, guilty vice and... pleasure? Even more secret than scotch at midnight (except when he brings the scotch with him). He prefers to visit at odd hours when there's no one else around so that he can talk to the portraits, his little secret that the doorman hasn't seen fit to divulge.

He's not doing that this time, however - or if he was he stopped before you could even hear Hiyori's footsteps coming down the hall. He doesn't say anything or do anything to aid or impede his being noticed, standing still and quiet as if another one of the portraits on the wall. Like Roxas, he's a bit possessive (and a bit guilty, unlike Roxas), but it's different. He doesn't even know how to react to the idea of someone else being here.

Sorry Clow, but there's no way that you could hide yourself from her no matter what you did. "Ah, Clow-kun?"

"Hiyori-chan." He smiles warmly, at least, on being noticed. "Visiting someone?"

The words come out that way before he even thinks to phrase it differently - because that's really what he thinks of it as, visiting old friends. ♥

She actually relaxes at the question, because she knew it didn't make too much logical sense, her reasons for coming here, but it still made sense to her. "Mm. Yeah. Chikane and Himeko-chan left before I could give them her request. So, I decided to give it to them now."

Alright, so even though it felt right, it still sounded really silly.

...I guess that it helps to think that they'll be better off in their home worlds.

Well, it's got lots of flowers, at least in the spring, and it's got lots of plants and is really prettyy. And a few months ago there was an amusement park that popped up in it. But it's really nice to walk through.
