Dear Reader,

Where does time go? Last I checked it was the beginning of January. I was sure this novel would be done by early February.

Now, it's late February, and I feel as if all I did was look up from my desk once  and whoosh -- almost spring. Sort of.

Dear Reader,

I couldn't sleep much last night, because an idea or three for the book wouldn't let me alone. I finally had to give in to it and get back out of bed around 4 and write until close to 6 this morning. Slept for about six hours, and got up again.
