(no subject)
so uhhhh, i woke up today @ 10 to go to work. went in at 11 & it was so slow i got cut at 1.. so i got up early to work 2 hours, YAY.. :(. but uh, the day was really alright because lauren let me borrow her rainjacket (which is bright yellow & i was wearing my yellow pants so i felt like bigbird, hah!) & i walked to the bank right down the street, got out $200 to splurge on myself because i'm putting my check in the bank tomorrow, just like i've done with the past 5 checks, never just cashing them & spending them on MYSELF (i just spend my tip-outs, but only usually on food cigarettes gasmoney for rides & alcohol.. so i always have nothing to show for it.) after that i walked to target & bought 2 new sweater things, a striped longsleeve shirt, phat hat, & two pairs of over-the-knee warm socks. julia skipped 4th period & picked me up from target & we went to the library where i got "Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim" by David Sedaris because he is absolutely hilarious & i've been in a rediculously sarcastic/funny mood lately from watching overwhelming amounts of chelsea lately & talking to funny drunks at the bar. yahh anyways. uhm now i'm at home & kinda sadfeeling becasue i'm the only one here and it's real rainy & muggy & grey & blah outside. but i need to get out of this mood so i'll probably just end up drinking a bunch of coffee & blast music while i read my book. uhm. yesterday i bought all new bedsheets, a new comforter, bra, & pillow. they're black sheets & the comforter is black with grey on the otherside. ooo & i put my old down comforter underneath the fitted sheet so when i lay down it feels like i'm on a featherbed-ish kinda thing. until the feathers all get squished and flat & then it's just really back to normal, but for those few minutes it feels pretty straight,yadig. alright time to go, hope everyone's shnazzy.
