as much as you guys find it funny i dont:
i'm 18 and i should .not. be this outta shape.

this is what i hoped to have achieved today:
Pushups 10x3
Benchpress w/ free weights 10(for the count of 5)x3 (10lbs)
One-armed rowing 10/side x3 (30lbs)
Curls 10-15x3 (16lbs)
dips off bench 20x3

abs:
normal crunches
bicycles
normal crunches
alternating sides
normal crunches
plank

this is what i did today (i'm organizing it differently so this way you'll see .how. i did it. it's also a good way to see exactly what i did to better myself in the future)

pushups 20
bench press w/ free weights 10 (for 5) (10lbs)
Pushups 20
BP 10(for 5)
Pushups 20
BP 10(for 5)

break, some protein, no water

one-armed rowing 8/side (30lbs)
curls 8/side (16lbs)
O-A R 8/side
curls 8/side (struggled left side both times)
(felt dizzy...water)
dips off bench 10
(water)
dips off bench 10

abs:
normal 20
bicycles 20
alternating 10/side (struggled from 5-10)
plank (30 seconds)

meh...not bad for not having done an actual work-out since before i left CSW, but i feel bad that a.) i didn't do it all b.) that i'm so tired and achy .already. (i can't wait till tomorrow morning) and c.) that i'm .this. out of shape

o well. i guess i'll go take a shower. and think about how amazing the .rest. of my day was.
