So me and thekatcameback wrote this fic a couple weeks ago. Basically, it came about like this:
Kat: *finally watching S4 of SGA* I want to wriiiiite something. Prooooompt me.
DH: *intently playing Sims3 on the other laptop, wherein simRodney has just allowed simGibbs to impregnate him, yeah, I don't even know* Rodney mpreg.
Kat: Ok!
......ten minutes later.......
Kat: *the first nine paragraphs of the story* Who should the daddy be?
DH: *refusing to say Gibbs* ...Jack.
Kat: omg you have to add that.
And there we have it. I like mpreg practically never, because it offends my biologist sensibilities. I don't like J/D, like, at all. I have an RPG MulderMuse who is very pissed that this sat in my brain for two weeks, when RPG Daniel is clearly his. And yet. So here it is: all the good parts are totally Kat. I just filled in some details.
