Seriously - the American Government is telling its citizens that they can protect themselves from attack with plastic sheeting and duct tape. In case of biological or chemical attack, you lock yourself in a "safe room", and "shut off all ventilation", and cover everything with plastic sheeting. If you allow one square metre per person, you should have "enough oxygen for 5 days." Come ON! Is anyone actually buying this?? Just pray that none of the people in your safe room are big 'ol men, who will use up more oxygen, and produce more carbon dioxide (and methane - heh...) than the average woman or small child. I mean, I can't believe the US government thinks this would really work! They'll have thousands of dead people shut up in air-tight rooms.
